St. Lawrence College ranks in the Top 50 Research Colleges in Canada


Developed by an independent research and intelligence company, Research Infosource Inc., is a leading Canadian authority in the industry. They have released Canada’s Top 50 Research Colleges today with 16 Ontario colleges being included.

Canada’s 50 leading research colleges posted a record total of $152.8 million of research income in Fiscal 2013. Fiscal growth of 30.8% follows a Fiscal 20112 increase of 30.7%. Ontario institutions accounted for 31.5% of the national total this year.

This year, Research Infosource also included a spotlight on college research activity which has correspondingly expanded. Algonquin College was first in Canada based on number of industry partnerships and completed projects. St. Lawrence College was ranked 43rd.
