Graduating Graphic Design Students show their talents

St. Lawrence College is pleased to present an exhibition of the work of the 37 soon-to-be graduates of the Graphic Design program. A special opening will be held on April 17, 8 pm in Davies Hall, and the exhibition will be on view in the Alumni Fireside Lounge until April 25.

The Graphic Design program is a generalist program, according to program coordinator, Erin Boyce. “Our students learn to design for both print and digital media and for a range of clients. They graduate prepared to work in a variety of facets of the industry; in branding agencies, design studios, marketing/advertising shops, print publishers, interaction design agencies, or even in-house in creative services departments of various companies. Many graduates also go on to freelance or start their own businesses; in a fast-changing and high-demand field like graphic design there are lots of possibilities, and we are very excited to see them launch their careers.”

Works in interactive media, branding and logo design, illustration, advertising, packaging, book design and corporate communication will be displayed at the exhibition.

All are welcome to attend the show, and admission is free!
