Cannot use the “Insert Image” icon in the content editor to insert images into wikis.
The workaround in IE 11 and Firefox: Use snipping tool to copy the image or select and copy image in word and paste into wiki page using CNTL-V. There is no way to insert an image from a file. No workaround in Chrome at this time.
