To request an appointment for immunizations or other health care services for any Campus Health Centre
clinic, please pre-register through our confidential patient eBooking portal.
In order to be seen by a Physician at the Campus Health Centre you will need to provide:
Domestic students:
- Valid Health Card Number. If your health card is expired, lost, or damaged please visit your local Service Ontario.
International students:
- Valid Guard.Me insurance.
Due to the volumes of clinic appointments, students arriving late for scheduled appointments may be required to reschedule.
To cancel an appointment, call, email or cancel in person at your Campus Health Centre clinic. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
All services provided at all three Campus Health Centre clinics are confidential. Health Records are entirely separate from other College documents. There is NO access to your health record by any academic or administrative department. Access to any information must be obtained with your written consent.
St. Lawrence College maintains compliance with all privacy requirements, including the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Personal Health Information Privacy Act (PHIPA). The Privacy Commissioner of Ontario can be reached at 1.800.387.0037. If needed, this information will be made available in alternative format upon request.

When booking an appointment, you will be asked the nature of your visit (what you need to see the doctor about) in order to schedule the appropriate appointment type and the amount of time for you.
No. All you need to cover your appointment is to bring:
- your provincial health card to your appointment or
- your Guard.Me insurance card to your appointment (International students only)
You are required to pay for: exams by third parties (i.e. employers, government, athletics, etc.); letters and some immunization processes. For more information on coverage for:

Yes. The Student Insurance Plan is for extended health, such as medications, dental, and vision. All full-time students are automatically enrolled in these plans to ensure coverage but you may opt-out in the fall prior to September 30 if you are covered under an alternative plan, for example your parent's plan.
