Event Overview

The Innovation Hub will be hosting an engaging workshop on one of our five core values: Reflection! Reflection motivates improvement, leads to more effective actions and strengthens emotional intelligence, which is all essential to personal growth.

This will be a lunch-and-learn style, an in-person workshop where FREE food and beverages will be offered as we dive into the presentation. We will end the workshop with some fun activities meant to flex your new reflection skills.
