Event Overview

A presentation that gives students a breakdown on composting 101 and why composting is a tool in our fight against climate change. Additionally, food waste is another topic we will discuss during our presentation as it has become a prominent issue in today's society. Lastly, we will look at one solution in particular that has become very popular in urban settings which is community gardening. We are hoping by the end of this students are a little more familiar on the importance of food & agriculture and will come out of it knowing what they can do individually to be more sustainable.
