Manage anxiety through the practice of yoga in a group environment.

Combining yoga with principles of Mindfulness, participants will benefit from improving the mind/body/spirit connection. Participants will benefit from in the moment anxiety reduction techniques and leave with practical strategies for building personal resiliency.
