A fun, free, non-competitive running program with a curriculum that includes life hacks for mindfulness, nutrition, stretching and more. Running affects mood and knowing this gives you a tool to enhance your mental health and manage stress, anxiety and depression. Build awareness, self-esteem, and resilience.
