In our commitment to drive strategic change, we are seeking employees for full and partial secondments in Change Management Lead roles. Change Management Leads will be integral to driving the strategic initiatives for SLC in Five + Three. Comprehensive training and development opportunities will be provided throughout the secondment to support your success.  

Change Management Leads will work closely with project teams, and leaders to support and engage employees in the change process, ensuring teams are well-positioned to contribute positively in times of transition. In this opportunity, you will foster meaningful relationships, and make a difference, influencing change for the college.

Summary of Change Management Lead Role: 

The change management lead role is a crucial position, responsible for driving and facilitating successful organizational change initiatives. This position will play a vital role in ensuring that employees are effectively prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the change process. The change management lead will collaborate with project teams, leaders, and all SLC employees to develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities that minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new initiatives. 

These roles will: 

  1.  Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for upcoming strategic initiatives. 
  2. Collaborate with project teams and employees to understand the objectives, scope, and impact of the changes.
  3. Create and execute communication plans to ensure consistent and timely messaging to employees.
  4. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build awareness and understanding of the changes.
  5. Provide ongoing support and assistance to employees, addressing their concerns and questions.
  6. Build strong relationships with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to gain their support and involvement in the change initiatives.
  7. Measure and evaluate the adoption and effectiveness of the changes using defined metrics and measurement criteria.
