An email will be sent to students' SLC email with a link to the online survey on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 with a deadline to finish the survey by 11:59 on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. This survey link is unique to each student. If you cannot find the email you can search your email using SES2025 in the subject line. You can also check your "junk" email.
No, each link is unique to each student and their program.
It is important to use your voice, and your feedback really makes a difference!! The College will use your responses to identify real ways to make improvements to the student experience and College services, programs, and facilities. Plus, you’ll get 100 Surge Reward points as a thank you for submitting a completed survey, and you will be entered to win one of 10 $50 Amazon gift cards.
If you are only able to complete some of the survey, you can go back into the survey at another time to complete it. Just be sure to complete the survey by the deadline.
Reply to the email from OCAS that contains the survey link and describe the issue that you are experiencing.
The survey will not be open to students in their first semester at the College or to students who are registered as part-time and not pursuing a certificate, diploma, or degree.
If you are a current full-time student not in your first semester and you did not receive an email with a survey link, please check your "junk" email and search your regular SLC email account for SES2025. The email will be sent Wednesday, January 29.
If you still cannot find the email that contains the survey link, send an email to StudentSurvey@sl.on.ca and include your name and student ID#.
Students who complete the survey by the deadline will receive 100 Surge reward points and will be entered to win one of 10 $50 Amazon gift cards.
Once the survey is closed, winners will randomly selected and notified by email.
The Student Experience Survey is confidential. Student responses are collected by a third-party to ensure confidentiality, and overall results are sent to SLC.
