This course is designed to enhance the development and implementation of skills necessary for success as college students. Students will evaluate their effectiveness in time management, note-taking, academic reading, test-taking, memory skills, problem solving, communication, and dealing with external stressors. Following evaluation, students will focus on the development of performance skills required in the academic setting. Students will demonstrate their ability to apply these skills in their college courses. (2 hrs. per week)
