What is Sail to Success?

A one-day transition program focusing on self-advocacy, peer connections, and specialized services for students with disabilities.

When is Sail to Success?

Thursday, August 29th,one day event.

Who is Sail to Success for?

Any 1st year student who self-identifies as having a disability (e.g. had an IEP in high school, plan to access academic accommodations, have visited a guidance/counselling office).

How To Register:

All registration is done through our SLC App, UR SLC.  UR SLC connects you to all orientation info, campus events, activities, and much more from your first year to graduation! 

To register for Sail to Success @ SLC , please use the following steps

1. Download UR SLC from the App Store or Google Play

2. Login using your SLC.ME login and password

3. Set up your account

   a. You can add a picture, link to your social media, and so much more!

   b. Choose your campus (you will only be able to see events on your campus)

4. Click on the CAMPUS tab at the bottom

5. At the top you'll see Events - you may need to click 'view all' 

6. Click Sail to Success @ SLC

   a. Read the FAQ’s

   b. Click REGISTER

   c. Add 1 (one) STUDENT Ticket for yourself

   d. If you have Parent/Guardian(s) coming with you - Add up to 2 PARENT/GUARDIAN Ticket(s)  

   e. Click Next

   f. Click CHECKOUT and you’re in!

To see your tickets on the Campus tab at the bottom you’ll be able to see a button named ‘My Tickets’
