St. Lawrence College is pleased to host you on campus for recruiting purposes. In assisting you hire SLC students and alumni, we adhere to the Canadian Association of Career Educators & Employers (CACEE) Ethical Recruitment Guidelines. Please review to determine the suitability of your booking.

Prior to your on-campus visit, we encourage you to post your opportunities on our St. Lawrence College job board where students and alumni search for positions relevant to their program. By creating an account with us, you will be the first to receive invitations to our future career events.

On-Campus Recruiting

We will provide you with a table or a space to set up your corporate display in a high traffic on-campus location. This is great for promoting part-time and seasonal employment opportunities, as well as full time employment opportunities to those students approaching graduation. We generally book during the 10:30am - 2:30pm time slot on Tuesday or Thursday, as this is the busiest time in terms of students passing by. 

Information Session

We will arrange for you to do a presentation to a specific group of students about career opportunities available within your company. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to connect with a specific program or students who are approaching graduation. 


With either option, Career Services will advertise for you through various platforms which include: direct email to students and alumni, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), posters and promotional TVs. 

Interview Space

Interview space is available on-campus free of charge. After you have selected your short list of candidates, contact us to book an interview room that is suitable to your needs. Whether you are planning for a one-on-one, panel or group interview, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
