To Apply Online

 1. Review the position(s) and determine if you meet the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position(s).

 2. Download and complete the Summer Employment on Campus Assessment (SECA) form through Adobe Reader to determine financial need eligibility. Please review the save form instructions on the document. Save the ECA form last name, first name (Ex. Smith, Jordan) to your desktop and/or documents. Ensure if you qualify? Please see our FAQ.

 3. Prepare a resume and cover letter to accompany your application. For help with your resume and/or cover letter, please visit Career Services.

 4. Complete the online application form and attach your resume, cover letter, and the Summer Employment on Campus Assessment (ECA). Please save all attachments in PDF format.

 2. Download and complete the Student Employment Application Form (SEA) and the  Summer Employment on Campus Assessment (SECA). Please review the save form instructions on the document. Ensure the whole form is completed and signed before submission. 

 3. Prepare a resume and cover letter to accompany your application. For help with your resume and/or cover letter, please visit Career Services.

 4. Submit completed resume, cover letter, Student Employment Application Form (SEA) and the Summer Employment on Campus Assessment (ECA) to:

Kingston campus – The Student Employment Job Box located by Papa Johns or to Human Resources Main Office located in the ‘Link’ in the bottom floor (room #01060).
Brockville campus – Student Services  
Cornwall campus – Student Services

Your complete application must be received by the closing date indicated on the posting in order to be considered. You must indicate which position you are applying for; unsolicited applications are not accepted. Late or incomplete applications may be rejected.

If you are experiencing trouble opening the ECA, in your browser, try saving the pdf file to your computer by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Save target as..." or "Save link as..." and then open the pdf in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
