Overview

This program is designed to enhance the participant’s problem-solving, decision-making abilities and technical skills, knowledge, and competence in caring for persons’ in the Emergency Department.

IMPORTANT: As of December 31, 2017 the RN Emergency Nursing certificate will be suspended at St. Lawrence College. Anyone wishing to complete the certificate will have until this date to complete the course and certificate requirements. Students currently enrolled in the RN Emergency Nursing certificate need to contact Donna Elliott to discuss the process for completing this program.

Admission Requirements

Must submit a photocopy of your Certificate of Competency/Registration from College of Nurses or equivalent from other provinces/territories. A current and up to date immunization record is mandatory.
