Program Overview

St. Lawrence College, one of Canada's most renowned Educational Institutions, along with the collaboration of Ornellas Consulting, Westin Development of People and Changes Consulting Canada, that together developed a program for Brazilian executives who want to discover what Canadian organizations can tell us about the future of organizations and management.

What is to expect from the Future of Work?

How will Artificial Intelligence affect us?

How can we take care of organizational excellence in such a volatile world?

What will be the leader of tomorrow?

What ways are Canadian companies bordering on these challenges?

A six-day immersion into the Canadian business and cultural world will help us answer these, and other questions. There will be various sessions that include interactive labs with teachers from various institutions, executives from companies with worldwide recognition, visits to local companies with successful cases, and cultural experiences that will mark the experience for the group while giving them a sense of Canadian Values. Differentiated activities will guarantee a valuable and enriching experience for all the participants.
