St. Lawrence College has implemented a new parking management system for the Fall 2017 semester. This system enhances customer service by conducting all permit sales online. Our customers can visit the online parking system where they will purchase the pass which is most appropriate for their needs.

Parking Permits for 2017/2018 are now available for purchase. Please note that parking passes are only available for purchase online and are not longer sold at the campus bookstores.

Purchasing a Parking Pass

To purchase a parking pass, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the new parking web page at
  2. Login with your college email and create an account.
  3. Once your account has been created, you will be able to purchase a parking pass.
  4. Register your vehicle and license plate.
  5. A physical parking pass will be mailed to you at the mailing address you indicated in your account.

2017/2018 Parking Rates

  • Annual Permit: $340.00 plus HST
  • Semester Permit: $146.00 plus HST
  • Daily Permit: $7.00/day, taxes included. Daily permits can be purchased at pay and display meters located in the parking lots.
  • Metered Parking: Available for visitors and short-term use.

Parking Permits must be displayed Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm


Semester passes may only be refunded as per the dates listed and upon return of the pass. Refunds after those dates are not available. Refunds on semester passes are subject to a $30.00 administration fee.

Refund Date for Semester Pass

  • Winter Permit: January 1 – January 19, 2018
  • Spring/Summer Permit: May 1 – May 18, 2018

Refunds may be obtained through the Parking Office in Kingston, room 00050. For refunds in Brockville and Cornwall, please visit the campus Security Office. Parking permits must be returned for refunds. Refunds on annual permits are subject to a $50.00 administration fee. No annual parking permit refunds after January 31, 2018.

Lost/Missing/Stolen Parking Pass

If you have lost or misplaced your pass, or it has been stolen, please report immediately to the Security Office. A $50.00 administrative fee will apply for a replacement.

Disabled Parking Passes

Temporary Parking Passes (maximum two months) are issued at St. Lawrence College on each campus from the following:

Please bring medical document from your physician stating the need for a temporary disabled parking permit. If you do not have a family physician, we can refer you to a physician. The temporary parking pass must be used with a valid SLC parking pass.
