Here are a few pieces of important information that you should know to help make your first few days back and year a success.

Important Dates:

Monday, January 9 - Winter term begins for most returning students and January intakes

Monday, January 9 - Deadline – Balance of winter tuition fees due (OSAP students ONLY)

Friday, January 20 - Deadline – Partial refund for most full time programs (January 9 start)

Friday, January 20 - Deadline – Transfer Credits/Course Substitution applications

Monday, January 30 – Friday February 3 - Student Appreciation Week (all campuses)

Monday, February 20 - Family Day – no classes

Monday, February 20 – Friday February 24 - Brockville Break Week;  BScN Break Week (all campuses); BBA Break Week (Kingston campus) – no classes

Monday February 27 – Friday March 3 - Cornwall & Kingston Break Week (common to most programs, please check with coordinator/department) – no classes

Various dates: Deadline – The deadline for Program/ Course Withdrawals without academic penalty varies, based on course and semester duration. Check your portal and calendar for the exact date.

Tuesday, April 4 - Deadline –Spring semester tuition due* (Non OSAP students)

Friday, April 14 - Good Friday – no classes

Friday, April 28 - Winter term ends for most full-time programs

Friday, April 30 - Deadline - Student Awards application for 2017/18. Apply online. Bursaries & Scholarships

Student Fees and Payment Information

The fee schedules provide a listing of the approved tuition and compulsory ancillary fees for the 2016-17 academic year. More on fees - click here.

Log onto your slc.me account to see your specific tuition amounts and pay by credit card. Check out our step by step guide for how to pay through slc.me

You can also pay credit, debit, money order or cash in person at each campus

Note: A $150 late fee will be applied for late payments.

Timetables & Textbook Lists

Timetables will be available on slc.me by August 18th. Timetables are subject to change; please check again the first week in January. 

Textbook lists will be available on slc.me by mid-July. Please note: If you require any changes to your timetable, Kingston students should visit their school office. Brockville and Cornwall should visit Student Service Centres.

Transfer Credits

slc.me is your Student Portal. Here you will gain access to many college systems including your email, blackboard, timetables, booklists, grades, college services, and more. Find out more information - here.

Don't forget about the many scholarships, bursaries and awards you might be eligible for, apply early at Awards - click here.

Verification of Enrolment

Are you getting funds from an RESP or other education savings fund? 

If so, you will require a Verification of Enrollment Letter. You can print this yourself on your slc.me account under "My Hub", then “My Academics” and finally “Request enrollment verification”. Choose the desired term and click ”Create Letter”.

Transportation: Parking Pass & Transit

Parking Pass:

If you drive and park on campus, you will need a parking pass. The pass can be purchased from your campus bookstore. For specific costs, check out the parking page.
