Here are a few pieces of important information that you should know to help make your first few days back and year a success.

Important Dates (Fall intake):

June 15 - Deadline - $500 non-refundable deposit due.
Mid-July - Booklists will be available on slc.me (some textbooks may not be available for purchase until closer to the start of the semester)
Mid-August - Timetables are available on slc.me (subject to change up to the first week of class)
August 20 - Get your Lockers, Books, and/or Transit pass updated sticker for your student card (Kingston Campus only). Questions or lost card? Check out the student card FAQ.
September 5 - Classes Start!
First Week of Classes - Deadline - Balance of Fall tuition fees due. Questions? Check out the Tuition and Fees FAQ.
October 8 - Thanksgiving day – no classes
December 14 - Fall term ends for most full-time programs

Various dates: Deadline – The deadline for Program/Course Withdrawals without academic penalty varies, based on course and semester duration. Check your portal and calendar for the exact date.

Student Fees and Payment Information

June 15 - Deadline Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required each year of your program.
    • $500 for domestic students
    • $2350 for international students
  • If your deposit is not received by the deadline, you may forfeit your spot in the program and/or receive a late fee of $150
  • Check your SLC.ME portal under Fees for the remaining balance and due date

How to Pay your Deposit

  • Use Online Banking - set up St. Lawrence College as a payee (you must include the period and spaces) and use your 7 digit student number preceded by the letter 'S' e.g. S1234567
    • Note that online banking can take up to 7 business days for us to receive your payment - please make the payment to allow 7 business days to meet the June 15 deadline
  • In Person - payments can be made by cash, bank draft, money order, certified cheque or interac
  • For the DEPOSIT ONLY Credit Cards are accepted

First Week of Classes - Deadline - Balance of Fall tuition fees due.

The balance of your tuition is due.  Check on slc.me under Fees for your exact amount

How to Pay your remaining tuition balance

  • Use Online Banking - set up St. Lawrence College as a payee (you must include the period and spaces) and use your 7 digit student number preceded by the letter 'S' e.g. S1234567
    • Note that online banking can take up to 7 business days for us to receive your payment - please make the payment to allow 7 business days to meet the deadline
  • In Person - payments can be made by cash, bank draft, money order, certified cheque or interac
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT Credit Cards or Visa/MasterCard Debits for the remaining balance (Only your initial non-refundable deposit)

Textbook Lists & Timetables

Textbook lists will be available on slc.me by mid-July
Please note: Some textbooks may not be available in the bookstore until closer to the start of classes

mid-August. Timetables are subject to change; please check again the first week in September. 
Please note: If you require any changes to your timetable, Kingston students should visit their school office. Brockville and Cornwall should visit Student Service Centres.

Are you getting funds from an RESP or other education savings fund? If so, you will require a Verification of Enrolment Letter.

Transportation: Parking Pass & Transit

Parking Pass:

If you drive and park on campus, you will need a parking pass. The pass must be purchased online. For specific costs, check out the parking page.
