12th Annual Alumni Exhibition: 'Tuning In'

May 31 - July 5, 2019

“The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place: from the sky, from the earth, from a passing shape, from a spider's web.” - Pablo Picasso

The theme of the Marianne van Silfhout Gallery’s 12th Annual Alumni Juried Exhibition is ‘Tuning In’. We invite alumni of any artistic level and medium to submit their work that reflects this theme. Perhaps it is capturing the melancholy of an empty swing set, the hope and energy of spring blooms, or the abstract depiction of an emotion. Submit artwork that demonstrates how your artistic sensibilities have enabled you to tune in to messages, thoughts, and feelings from the world around you. All interpretations of the theme will be considered. This juried exhibition is open to all SLC graduates from any program or certificate across our three campuses.
